  3. Long term goals • Developing 21 century skills. • Fostering critical thinking and collaboration. • Introduce the use of technology.

  4. Time line Class one: Introduction of green house effect. Brain storming and asking questions. Class two: Layers of earths atmosphere. Class three: Causes of global warming. Class four: Effects of global warming. Assignment will be given. Learning objectives • ANALYSING: examine the process of green house with the help of a diagram and write a report on green house effect and global warming. • EVALUATING: determine the causes of the process and justify your answer through investigation of evidences. • CREATING: forecast the effects of global warming and compile methods to reduce the effect with the help of a multimedia presentation.

  6. Instructional strategies and tasks • Basic concepts will be discussed , questions will be asked so that higher order thinking can be inculcated. • Students will work in groups. • Students will collect interesting evidences from all over the world for climate change.
