Reader’s I want to talk to you about my fireplace. I have three decorative items (a candle, vase, and statue) that I was trying to place to make the mantle look great! …but it didn’t look right!
Then I rearranged the mantle… It still did not look right!!
I finally put all three together and BINGO! The mantle looked great!!
….AND this made me think of reading! Is there a supernatural type being in this story? Does this story have a Rule of Three?
The Rule of Three is extremely common in literature and appears all the time in books/ folk tales we read. Also, supernatural type being typically appears in these stories as well…
So, I thought we could take a look back at The True Story of the Three Little Pigs.Right away in the title, we know that there are THREE pigs.
Think about Jack and the Beanstalk… The THREE magic beans… The magical beanstalk….
