  2. Who or What are Angels? • Jews viewed them as guardians • Mormons view them as dead people • Pre-Gnostics worshipped them • 55% of Americans think they’ve been literally and actually helped by one • Literally…they are messengers

  3. Haggai 1:13 Then Haggai, the messenger of the LORD, spoke by the commission of the Lord to the people saying, “I am with you,” declares the LORD. Applied to a “prophet” with a message here.

  4. Malachi 2:7 For the lips of a priest should preserve knowledge, and men should seek instruction from his mouth; for he is the messenger of the LORD of hosts. Applied to a “priest” with a message here.

  5. Malachi 3:1 Behold, I am going to send My messenger, and he will clear the way before Me. And the Lord, whom you seek, will suddenly come to His temple… Applied to a “John the baptizer” with a message here.

  17. Peter 2:10-11 …and especially those who indulge the flesh in its corrupt desires and despise authority. Daring, self-willed, they do not tremble when they revile angelic majesties, whereas angels who are greater in might and power do not being a reviling judgment against them before the Lord.
