My Baby Cousin • His name is Alexander. • His nickname is Sass.
Eiffel Tower • One of the first buildings made out of steel. • It has a wonderful view. • You can go up by stairs or by elevator.
Ancient Writing • The upper picture is Egyptian. • The lower one is Cuneiform.
Artifacts from Egypt • In the upper picture is a small sphinx. • In the lower picture are dice and a ball. • Egyptians used these for games.
Mona Lisa • It was painted by Leonardo De Vinci. • This painting was painted 1503 -1506. • It was very crowded around the Mona Lisa.
The Four Seasons • The artist of the paintings is Giuseppe Arcimboldo. • It was painted in 1573. • Each person is either made out of flowers, vegetables, or fruit.
The Oldest Artifact at the Louvre • It is called Ain Ghazal. • It is over 9 thousand years old. • It comes from Jordan near the oldest cities in the world.
Code of Hammurabi • It is about 4 thousand years old. • It is the laws of a city called Babylon.
Small Cars • These cars are 2 seaters. • They were mostly in Paris.

Musée d‘Orsay • There was a lot of Impressionist paintings. • My favorite piece of artwork is the mini version of the Opera house cut in half. • Monet is a really good impressionist. His picture lets me see that it is a windy day. • This is a Van Gogh self portrait.
Brussels • Brussels has good waffles. • It is the capital of Europe. • This is a famous statue called Manneken Pis. • I thought the statue was going to be bigger.
Tintin • Tintin’s adventure comic books were created by Hergé in Brussels. • These pictures were taken at a comic book museum.
Smurfs • Smurfs are at the comic book museum in Brussels because that is where they were created. • There are 100 original Smurfs. • Smurfs live in mushroom houses.
