Requirement Analysis 1 Communicate with you via Mail/ Phone/ Skype/ Local Visit Gather and analyze the detailed requirements Resolve logical issues through discussions and technical issues through research Prepare System Requirement Specifications (optional, depending on the project extensiveness) Perform Technical and Economic Feasibility Analysis Negotiate and finalize the deal Prepare development milestones and deployment date

Debug and retest after reviews

Testing & QA 5 Receive the software application from the development team Perform a full functionality check Perform cross-browser testing on IE, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Chrome and Mobile Browsers Test its performance by loading substantial amount of data Deploy both programming and non-programming resources to review the website and provide feedback on its usability Perform Security Testing Review with the agreed upon scope and report issues along with potential solutions Once error free, provide a go ahead for seeking client acceptance

Acceptance & Final Delivery 6 After clearance from the QA team, seeking acceptance from the client Deploy the software application into the production environment after client acceptance Guide the client through all the processes and functionalities as required Handover the project credentials to the client Prepare a detailed user manual for the client’s reference

Support & Maintenance 7 Provide data entry and content services Monitor the correct functioning of the web application Review the post production issues, if any, reported by the client Provide debugging and testing services for the issue Update the client with the rectified version and seek client approval Issue closed on client confirmation
