  4. Each Badge Book presents topical and Biblical information in various formats to give the girls: • Real life information • Scripture memory • Bible application • Related activities

  5. Real Life Information Discovery Studio- situational and real life stories, quizzes, questions Discovery Place- discussion questions, quizzes, checklists, drawings, etc.

  6. Scripture Memory Discovery Studio- middle of lesson, listing and discussion question Discovery Place- near beginning, has memorization activity, girls write meaning

  7. Bible Application Discovery Studio- Plant it in your heart & Help others grow Discovery Place- Understanding & application question

  8. Related Activities Discovery Studio- various options in 2 sections Discovery Place- selection of activities at end

  9. Still shows the badge and has a place for counselor or parent sign off New: Aims are clearly listed in girls’ badge book

  10. 2 Badge Books = 2 different approaches! Badge experience is more reading/listening with a little bit of writing, a little discussion, lots of activity options Badge experience is more interactive discussion and reflection writing, varied but fewer activities
