Solution Design a Library Management System. • The Librarian(Administrator) can input data of Both Books and Students. • The System Comprises of the data of all available books and complete list of students. • A student when requests or reserves a book the librarian checks the relevant required data and issues the book or reserves it. • This efficient system can tell the librarian of any imposed fine (if any) whenever a student is issuing or returning a book.

Velocity • Estimated Velocity Iteration Length = 4 weeks Team Members = 2 Load Factor = 3 (If we plan to do in 3 we usually complete it in 9) Team Velocity = 2 x (4 x 5) / 3 = 14 story points in 1 iteration • Actual Velocity • Our Actual Velocity is about 18 days • Due to mishaps and other unexpected works

And also manages the inventory on return. • The System can Prompt the librarian of any imposed fine on any particular student.

Demo illustrated • Student (user) can reserves any book from the library database. • Student (user) can ask the librarian to edit his/her personal record in library database. • Student (user) can request the librarian to issue any available book from the library database. • Student (user) can check fine imposed on him/her from the librarian. • Student (user) can request to search any book in library database .

14. Known problems • Single Authentication problem • Both the Librarian and the student cannot login independently • i.e. the system is designed to be operated by the librarian only and not the student • Limited Entries • We have limited the number of entries to create our demo.
