  4. Waste Statistics Regulation • Passed in 2002 • First reporting 2006 - data for 2004 • Reporting every second year • Replaces the Eurostat/OECD joint questionnaire for EU Member States • Replaces other EU reporting obligations? • Covers 20 sectors; 48 waste categories; 3 kinds of treatment
