  1. All you need to know about Hypertension High blood pressure also known as hypertension is the root cause of all heart ailments and diseases. High Blood pressure is the condition wherein blood wields excessive force or pressure on the walls of the blood vessels. A regular or an acceptable level of blood pressure would mean a figure of 100 - 140 over 60-80 mmHg but if it hypertension it means it is greater than 140 over 90 mmHg.
