  1. Activator Week 34 Day 1 Make a prediction about changes in any one of these areas that will occur in the next 20 years: • Field of medicine (anything health related) • Agriculture (farming and livestock) • Industry (business, technology, service)

  2. Millions of children go to bed hungry every night. If there were drought and disease resistant crops, everyone in the world would have enough to eat.

  3. Statement #1 Scientists should be allowed to genetically engineer crops. Agree or Disagree?

  4. People often treat their pets like members of the family. When the pet dies, it causes a great deal of sadness.

  5. Statement #2 Scientists should be allowed to clone family pets. Agree or Disagree?

  6. Parents always want the best for their children, but we live in a cruel world. Some kids get teased for being different.
