  2. CONFCOOPERATIVE Capacity building phase: MACRO LEVEL & MESO LEVEL Elaborate a know how transfer model can compare BOTTOM UP MODEL and TOP DOWN MODEL. The transfer of technical know-how involved about 60 people in the TWO phases that have seen us engaged in Montenegro. This success is confirmed by the interest the attendees have addressed to the seminar sessions.

  3. Project OBTAINED GOALS • Increased levels of expertise and knowledge on the part of stakeholder public/private Entities involved in the project; • New level of awareness; • Increased network of national and foreign partners. Bringingup to date of the cooperative Law;

  4. Opportunity • The Union of Cooperatives of Montenegro (UCM) has demonstrated enthusiasm and desire to grow: this is proved by the development of an ambitious project like this; • UCM will thus draw appropriate associative marketing strategies, so as to attract to whether the new cooperatives, also acting in the direction to assist them during the start-up. All project partners have the expertise and professionalism to help achieve further goals;

  5. NEW Challenges • Create a business integration; • Creation of new cooperative enterprises; • Developnew approaches to the market; • Competitiveness and internationalization. Develop and enhance the culture of associations;
