  4. Eligibility of participants • Low-paid employees (10% below LLW) • Zero hour contracts below the threshold • 45% parents • 30% lone parents • 45% females • 56% ethnic minorities

  5. Project Details • 4 geographical areas (Central, North East, South and West London) • Nov 2016- July 2018 • Budget: approximately £10m • Delivered by two organisations • Managed by the SFA
