Haley was the second black law student to graduate from UA. He arrived at the School of Law in 1949, after graduating from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Ga. A senator, attorney and civil rights activist, Ambassador Haley holds a long list of accomplishments. He served in the administrations of Presidents Nixon, Ford, Carter, Reagan, George H. Bush, Clinton and George W. Bush.
