Assertion • Only the setup and testing of the system in last two sections have been successful can we start to perform the following fiducial seeding for DTI tractography.
Outline Load tensor image Create a fiducial list Configure Tractography module Configure NeuroNav module
Load Tensor Image Go to Volumes module to load the tensor image
Create a Fiducial List Move your mouse into any 2D slice window and then press “P” key while holing left mouse button. You will see a fiducial right way, which is named “L-P”
Configure Tractography Module • Go to Fiducial Seeding by the following sequence: Modules -> Tractography -> Seeding -> Fiducial Seeding • In the tab of Tractography Seeding From Fiducial • Set “L” for Select FiducialList or Model • Set “Create New Fiber Bundle” for Output Fiber Bundle Node
Configure Tractography Module Set two values
Configure NeuroNav Module Set the node name to BioImageSuite Click this button to start seeding
Result • At this point, you should see fiducial seeding of DTI tractography on fly. Check the tutorial for comparison.
