Valdivieso facilities: Celia Solar Winery(Santiago) • Santiago: sparkling wine second fermentation. • The winery was built right where Don Alberto Valdivieso started to produce sparkling, early 20th century. • Different types of tanks for storage, and for second fermentation (Charmat Method). • Underground cellar for bottle fermentation and aging (Traditional Method). • Senior Winemaker: Eugenio Gomez. • Show room, wine tasting and classroom facility.

Winemaker Reserva • Wines of greatercomplexity, expressing the purest character of each variety. • Wine for every day consumption, fresh and intense, with greater volume in mouth (6 month in barrel). • This line includes non conventional varieties (Syrah, Carménère y Malbec).

ECLAT VIGNOCarignan Blend 2008 • Valdivieso´s emblematic wine. • Eclat represents the Maule Valley exceptional terroir (Secano) and its vineyards. • Traditional and old Carignan vineyards. • Complex wine, of greater complexity and character, with high aging potential. • French oak (14* months). • Assemblage produced with old and insusual varieties (Carignan,Syrah and Mourvedre).
ECLATBotrytisSemillón 2011 • Wine of European origin and tradition, unique in its kind. • Curicó Valley vineyards (close to the Andes mountains). • Complex wine, elegant, with a soft sweetness expressing the New World Semillón, with the Old World finesse. • The “Chilean Sauternes” (Best Chilean Sweet Wine). • Only produced with specific weather conditions, allowing Botrytis of Semillón. • French oak (50% and 12 months).
