In which graduating class* is the student? • 2012 • 2013 • 2014 * Graduating class is determined by when the student entered 9th grade.
Meeting the Mathematics Testing Requirement • Passed the math WASL or HSPE OR • Pass one math EOC exam or Makeup exam OR • Earn two credits of mathematics after their 10th grade year • Student is not eligible to submit a COE Start Over

Has the student taken and not passed at least two EOC exams and/or Makeup exams prior to the start of the 2012-2013 school year? • Yes • No
The student is not eligible to submit a COE in the February 2013 scoring window. Has the student taken and not passed at least two EOC exams and/or Makeup exams prior to the start of the 2012-2013 school year? • Yes • No
The student is encouraged to take an EOC exam and/or Makeup exam in January/February 2013. The student is eligible to submit a COE in the February 2013 scoring window. Start Over
