Members can get into teams to up to four. • The groups can create either an app, website or game. • There is no theme and any type of submission is accepted. • Winners are selected by congressional district which makes it easier to win. (The average submission per district is 5) • Winners will get invited to Capitol Hill in DC to represent your congressional district. DEADLINE : November 1st
