Page Control Selection • Telephone Access Method - this is where you would determine the type of interface that will be used to access the paging system. There are basically three types of interface methods • Loop Start Trunk (requires talk battery) • Analog Station Port (provides talk battery) • 600 Ohm Paging Port (audio only)
Page Control Selection Other methods that are similar to a loop start trunk port are: • Foreign Exchange Office (FXO) • Wide Area Telephone Service (WATS) • Central Office Trunk Port (COT port) • Central Office Line Port (Key system line port) • Dedicated Single Line Phone Set
