  4. Officer Transitions DCON • DCON = District Convention • Mar. 22nd – 24th • DCON is the transitioning point & start of the new Key Club 2013-2014 Term • New Officers officially start their term!

  10. New Hours Submission • At least 1 officer present at each event • Find officer & sign in/out of sign in sheet • Old format: Name, Date, Name of Event, Hours, and Advisor Signature. • Use old format for weekly events

  14. PVW Fun Run & Pancake Breakfast • Saturday, April 27th, 2013 • 5AM – 11:30AM (there are shifts) • Applications online or pick up next meeting • Fairplex (Gate 1) 1101 W. McKinley Ave. Pomona, CA 91768

  15. Public Library: Picture Book Shelving • Weekly; at least 2 hours per week • 1 day training • Must sign-up with library to volunteer • Submit hours old format
