Key Club Pledge • I pledge, on my honor,to uphold the Objects of Key Club International;to build my home, school and community;to serve my nation and God;and combat all forces which tend to undermine these institutions.
Club Dues • Today will be the last general meeting you will be able to sign in and be considered and official member if you have not paid your dues. • You may still attend the service activities outside of school if you RSVP your grade representative, but you will not be considered an “official” member and you will not receive graduation cords or medallions or receive a club shirt.
Art Auction • National Art Honor Society will be hosting an art auction to benefit the Eliminate project • This will be done directly through National Art Honor Society and not Key Club • All people interested in donating art pieces must contact “Mickie”, the president of art club as well as any NAHS board members. • Your art work must have some sort of concept, and be “sell-able” and aesthetically pleasing.
Homecoming: 80’s Rock/Hair Bands • The only service activities this weekend will be the construction of the homecoming float • We will be giving out a fair amount of Key Club points to all who help in the construction and donate supplies • WE ARE IN NEED OF: • A place to build the float (you will also gain points) • Supplies: • Paint & paint brushes • Plywood • Power tools • Fabric (Long length for a banner) • As well as any other 80’s rock-n –roll themed décor • YOU CAN GET PARENT VOLUNTEER HOURS FOR ALL SUPPLIES DONATED!!! • KEEP YOUR RECIEPTS
Participating On The Float • We can have a max of 20 people on the homecoming float • If you’re interested please fill out the sign up sheet • You do get out of all your classes on the day of the parade, October 27.
