ST. LOUIS STREETCAR

The St. Louis Streetcar project aims to increase population, employment, and economic vitality by attracting new residents and employers. It also aims to support neighborhoods, catalyze development, and improve the built environment. The project will create walkable, sustainable neighborhoods and integrate with existing transit systems to increase ridership and reduce auto traffic. With a development potential of $2.1 billion over 20 years, the project will bring new amenities, technologies, and infrastructure improvements to the corridors.
