Statement of Values and Code of Ethics foreQHealth Solutions, Inc. • As a matter of fundamental principle, the nonprofit and philanthropic community should adhere to the highest ethical standards because it is the right thing to do. • Adherence to the law is the minimum standard of expected behavior. • We must embrace the spirit of the law, often going beyond legal requirements and making sure that what we do is matched by what the public understands about what we do.

  2. CODE OF ETHICS FOR eQHealth Solutions INC. • Mission – eQHealth programs shall support that mission and all who work for or on behalf of the organization understand and are loyal to that mission and purpose. • Governance – eQHealth has an active board of directors that is responsible for setting the mission and strategic direction of the organization and oversight of the finances, operations, and policies of the organization. • Personal and Professional Integrity – All staff, management, employees, board members, sub-contractors and volunteers of eQHealth Solutions, Inc. and its subsidiaries should act with honesty, integrity, and openness in all their dealings as representatives of the organization

CODE OF ETHICS (con’t) • Legal Compliance – eQHealth strives to assure that its employees and/or representatives are knowledgeable of, and comply with, all applicable laws and regulations. • Responsible Stewardship – eQHealth and its subsidiaries manage their funds responsibly and prudently. • Openness and Disclosure – eQHealth provides comprehensive and timely information to the public, the media, and all stakeholders and is responsive in a timely manner to reasonable request for information.

CODE OF ETHICS (con’t) • Program Evaluation – eQHealth is committed to improving program and organizational effectiveness and developing mechanisms to promote learning from its activities and the field. • Inclusiveness and Diversity – eQHealth has a policy of promoting inclusiveness and its staff, board and volunteers reflect diversity in order to enrich its programmatic effectiveness.
