  2. Special Codes • If the assignment is excused for a student, you can type an X in the Special Code column and check No Count. • If the assignment is missing for a student, you can type a Z in the Special Code column and check Missing. This will score as a 0 in the average. • Click Save.

  3. Adding Attachments • Select the Attach button in the Add Assignment window • Select Browse to select a file and click Upload • Click Save

  4. Reports • Grade Sheet Report • Spreadsheet like display listing student assignments and scores • Category Summary Report • Lists the students earned category averages and overall grades • Progress Summary Report • Lists current term overall grade for selected students • Progress Detail Report • Lists assignments and overall grades for individual students

  5. Creating New Reports • Select Add a New Template. • Name the Template • Set the parameters for the report • Click Save.

  6. Display Options • You can change how student info, assignments, and grades appear using the Display Options Button

  7. Student Display • Select how you want student names to appear in gradebook • Select display options like Student ID, dropped students etc. • Select Sorting Options

  8. Assignment Display • Select how assignments appear in gradebook • Select default settings for assignments • Select Score Entry Options

  9. Student Profile • Select the student icon next to the student’s name to view the Student Profile • View Family Access Display - Gradebook to view student’s grade in all subjects
