If a company registers using non-English characters they and their employees will still have access to the Partner Center, but will NOT receive access to online tools located within the CSC including, but not limited to the Case Manager, Support Activation, Software Download and Product Registration tools. If a company prefers to register using non-English characters, the partner’s assigned distributor will continue to provide support for most of the CSC requests. Upon successful completion of the company registration, the primary contact will receive a ‘VAR ID’ to order product through distribution and an ‘Authorization Code’ to sign-up for a Partner Center user account.
