  1. Now That You Are Born Again In this book Pastor shares truths that are fundamental to the Christian faith which will help you build a vibrant life in Christ. A book by Pastor Chris Presented by Sheila Muforo

  2. THE REAL YOU! • Human beings are much more than the body you see with your eyes. This body is just a case that houses your senses: hearing, sight, touch, taste and smell. • Inside this case dwells your human spirit, the REAL YOU also called the inner man. • This real you doesn’t die, its your body that dies. You are still the same person with all your senses (Luke 16) except that you can’t function in the earth. Its like taking off your clothes, does that change you? So you simply step out of your body. • When you get born again its your Spirit man that is born again (2 cor 5 v 17)

You Are A New Creation! • Now that you are born again you are a new creation someone who never existed before inwardly, even thou outwardly you might still look the same, do the same things. • YOU ARE NOT: • reformed, • redeemed, • refurbished or • renovated but you are a new type of man, inside, in your spirit.

  4. YOU HAVE THE NATURE & LIFE OF GOD! • Now that you are born again you have become God’s child (john 1 v 12 - 13). If in the natural life a cat gives birth to a cat, that means God gives birth to gods. If you are born again you are born of God. • The nature of God has been imparted into your human spirit. • You are a partaker of God‘s divine nature (2 pet 1 v 3-4).

  5. YOU HAVE THE NATURE & LIFE OF GOD! • God becomes responsible for you. (Phil 4v19)(supply all your needs). • 1 John 5v 11-13,If you have the Son then you have THIS life. You now have the God kind of life inside you. • This life puts you above, you become indestructible, because the very spirit that raised Jesus Christ from the grave is in you (Rom 8v11,if the spirit that raised.)

  6. YOU ARE THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD! • 2 Cor 5v21. God made Jesus to be sin for us, so that we could become the righteousness of God in Christ. • Jesus was able to take your place because of this, he took your place and you took his place and now you can stand before God without guilt or fear or any sense of inferiority. • Heb 10 v 19, Rom 5 v 1.

  7. YOU ARE JUSTIFIED! • Now that you are born again God has declared you not guilty, (Rom 5v1) • Jesus took your punishment though he was innocent, leaving you justified. (1 pet 2v22, 2 cor 5 v 19)

YOU ARE SANCTIFIED! • 1 COR 6 V 11 • Sanctification e.g. lets say you feel into a ditch, God gets you out by being born again and you become set apart from the world unto God. • Then you get the ditch out of you by subjecting your mind to a cleansing by the word of God. Rom 12v2 • You continuously renew your mind to change your thinking process, so you can see the way God sees. Then you can speak his word and get the results that God gets.

  9. YOU ARE DELIVERED! • Col 1 v 12 – 13 • Because you are now a member of God’s kingdom no sin, habit, sickness or disease can hold you bound. • God has already delivered you from the control and dominion of darkness into his kingdom (past-tense)

  10. GOD’S SPIRIT ABIDES IN YOU! • When you give your life to God, His Spirit comes to live inside you. He enlightens you in the word and gives you understanding. • He makes the word liveable in your life. • He also helps you remember it, (John 14 v 26). • He makes you an effective witness of the Gospel of Christ. (Acts 1v8).

  11. WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN…………... • Remember that you are a new creation. Thoughts can come to you as an outside force, you don’t create them yourself, because now that you are born again you have the mind of Christ (1 cor 2v16). • You have to believe in the new life that you now have. Wrong thoughts come to your mind?

  12. WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN…………... Wrong thoughts come to your mind? • Walk in obedience. Obey what God says. If pressure from thoughts old habits comes to you, and you contemplate doing it. You remember that you are a new creation, old things are passed away.. You receive courage to shrug off the thoughts. • Don’t allow the wrong thoughts to control you, you have a choice refuse them. You can stop them by thinking on what God has said about you (phil 4v8)

  13. WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN…………... • Be a doer of the Word! you are called to be a doer of the word not hearers only (james 1v22-24). • You become a doer of the word when you remember it and act on it. The Holy Spirit will remind you of the word (john 14v 26). Wrong thoughts come to your mind?

  14. i will send you something in a min There are not Powerful Prayers, Powerful people prayer to a Powerful God Prayer of David - Powerful Prayer, when Absalom spoke it was as though God had spoken, the anointing was on David not on Absalom, what he knew was what was important, what was important was the anointing. When the anointing becomes corrupted it does supernatural things that destroys. When the anointing is on your life the little that you do will produce great results. God resists the proud and gives grace to the humble. When your humble your not stupid you r wise. father i give you praise, I thank you, kings say in the name of Jesus I decree peace. I decree Victory, I speak peace into my home, into my life, prosperity is mine in the name of Jesus, I open my mind for ideas in the name of Jesus! I receive, I recieve! lines are falling unto me in pleasant places in the name of Jesus. God says to you, he is your peace, he dwells in you. Tears don't move God, it is faith that moves God.

  15. WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN…………... Wrong thoughts come to your mind? • Remember that sin shall not have dominion over you!
