Then clear secondary streets. • On call efforts are to begin setting up TDSRS and begin debris removal as a prime or a sub-contractor

Debris Removal Plan (Records) • Initiate Record Keeping Process • Records kept in central location. • All procurement actions, invoices, and reimbursements mark documents as storm related. • Keep time sheets • All correspondence and meeting minutes • Photo and video logs of debris collection efforts. • Document debris collection truck inspections and load tickets.
Debris Removal Plan (Recovery) • Assign contractors/trucks to areas • Inspect all trucks, loads picked-up and loads delivered. • Provide daily reports of progress • City EOC • FEMA Debris Site Daily Summary • Coordinate public notices of schedules, debris segregation requirements • Develop Project Work Sheets with FEMA Representatives.
