  6. What to document? Whom to report? CBRF Reviews: • Consolidates reports on: Interventions, process followed, difficulties faced and changes/ outcomes. • Reporting period: • Half yearly – (Apr – Oct) • Yearly/Annual – (Apr – March) DIRECTOR • Coordinators weekly report and gives feedback. • Consolidated monthly report of Coordinator and CBRWs and gives feedback.

  7. OTHER DOCUMENTATION: Case Studies and Photographs • Case studies: Every 6 months NGO partners should send to CBRF 1 case study in each of the areas: Health, education, livelihood and advocacy. • Photographs: Send 2 to 3 action oriented photographs for each of the above case studies. • At partners level: • Activity report file folders: Verifiable documents in support of the activities implemented in the areas of staffing and management, needs assessment, health, education, livelihood and advocacy.(Please refer planners – mode of verification)

  8. Other Documentation • Other Documentation will be requested from time to time based on the need of CBRF and funding agencies. • Process Documentation needs will be communicated at a later date. • Note: Case studies and photographs selected by the editorial board will be published in the Annual Report of CBRF

  9. AT CBRF LEVEL Reviews AND Gives Feedback: CBRF • Reviews the half yearly report • Gives feedback to the partners. • Reviews the yearly/Annual report • Gives feedback to the partners.
