STRATEGY • In simplistic terms the strategy for reporting should be driven by the following: • Automating and Simplifying data management (if it lives in a system it can be fed to a repository) • Clear objectives on what to report and analyze • Getting to the Why’s • Robust tools and User Self Service STRATEGY
REPORTING • The goal should be to integrate key drivers and metrics & results in a “one-stop-shop” • Have the ability to easily report and analyze data and measure success • Deliver reporting in a myriad of ways to the needed audience • Easily customize data and reporting for different audience and users etc. • Eliminate unnecessary reporting REPORTING
