Slovak University of Technology Faculty of Material Science and Technology in Trnava Planning in production systems
Development of automation engineering manufacture • conventional machines • conventional machines - NC machines - CNC a DNC control - flexible production systems PPS - CIM computer integrated manufacturing • CNC (Computer Numerical Control) control system of production device, which is connected direct to the local control microcomputer, where is the own program saved • DNC (Distributed Numerical Control) • is characteristic by flexible distributed control of several production machines from one center.

Main components of production system – subsystems • technological – geometric and physical – chemical attributes change of the component • transportation and handling – set of transportation and handling tools to material, semi finished products and components movement between single workplaces of production process • store system – input, interoperated and output stores • check - input, interoperated and output control • control and information – set of control and informational tools

Flexible Manufacturing Systems • has open character, manufacturing orders can be awarded continuously during planning period • mutually interchangeable workplaces • manufacturing orders can be splitted up into parallel workplaces • during planning period occur to failures • possible alternative technical procedure • minimally manual strikes • minimal time to conversion
Main parts of the PVS • processing NC a CNC • devices to interoperating transport and manipulation • devices to operating transport – purpose devices, manipulators, industrial robots • components and tools carriers – Setting and positioning problem is solved, establishment and fixing components
PVS tasks - provide especially • production • control • harmonization main and helping activities • control manufacturing quality • monitoring a scan • transport and storing - resolution store spoil, transport roads • PVS disadvantages • high capital costs • complex control system • risk haywire of individual devices and thereby too entire system
Elastic production system (PVS) • mono or various technological devices with system to ensure his functions in mechanical regime • automated production system, wherein oneself change production schedule solve by changing dating base • is possible to divide him into following parties: • elastic production complex • elastic Computer Integrated Manufacturing • automated cartage - store system
PVS by organizational structure • elastic production cell • plicate from technological machinery with code control with resources of the automation technological process, which works autonomous • elastic automated line • includes several production cells arrange in order of sequence technological operations and controlled by one direction system • elastic automated working • to product certain assortment parts • elastic automated plant
Production planning in PVS • working-out monthly operational plan products for PVS • designation basic terms and advances for preparation production, safety and preparation of material, tools, documentation, subdelivery and co-operation • operational plan • his part -> orientation terms commencement and ending production • at his base and real state in PVS oneself work out short-time operational plan
short-time operational plan • designates commencement and ending production individual productional batches • establishes priority of individual operations • worked out weekly on fortnightly period
