  1. Overlee Community Association Existing Conditions: - Red lines indicate zoning setbacks – NOTHING can be built outside inner red line except paving or landscape. - The parking requirement is based on area of water.

Overlee Community Association Scheme A-1: - House is retained as office /meeting space and manager residence. - Deck expanded with stepped viewing area by main pool. - New building with large meeting/party room opposite bath house, opens to deck and lawn beyond. - A new baby pool area with tot lot and family bathroom is added adjacent the beach entry pool just north of the main pool.

  3. Overlee Community Association Scheme B-1: - Front half of House is retained as office /meeting space , opening from a new outdoor terrace. - A separate residence wing added to the south. - A separate large party room is added to the north, opening onto an expanded deck with stepped viewing area by main pool. - New beach entry social pool and baby pool/tot lot flank the bath house. - Large lawn/play area opens to the deck at the north.

  4. Overlee Community Association Scheme C-1: - House is removed and a green space/play area overlooks the beach entry pool, which is built up against a curved wall. - A new multi-story clubhouse is built just north or the existing house, opposite the pool, containing party room, offices, meeting space and a manager’s apartment. - The new party room opens onto a large pergola covered deck , with stepped terraces down to the pool. - A large lawn opens off of the pool deck to the north.
