  12. So What Is The Difference Between Management & Leadership? • Management is the process of organizing methods, materials, and manpower used to put into effect the goals for which the Leadership is aiming!

  13. Attributes of a Leader Shows the way. Is humble in the use of his Position. Is knowledgeable of the job. Can Delegate decision making, while retaining Responsibility. Motivates through recognition and praise. Insures subordinates succeed. Is a good communicator/listener.

  14. The key to motivation lies in identifying the needs that our members are trying to satisfy.

  15. Enthusiasm is Contagious!

  16. Remember, effective leadership is an art developed through perpetual effort!

  17. Communicate! Delegate! Praise!
