  3. Dairy Bar!October 17th - 27th • THIS week: grad sign-ups • Freezer Move: • Mon, Oct 7th, 1:30-5 • Dairy Bar Training FSC Meeting: Tues, Oct 15th • Ice cream served after!

  4. Product Development Committee • More members are still welcome. • Experience looks great on resume for jobs and grad school. • Four projects for class. • Expecting 1-2 more outside the class. • Great opportunity to work with grad students (How fun and cool is that!! )

  6. Public Service The IFT Day of Service is this Thursday, September 19th, 5-7PM! It’s not too late to sign up! Rep the FSC @ IFT! Thanks to everyone who contributed canned goods tonight to the “BRING A CAN OF FOOD TO FOOD SCIENCE CLUB” initiative! Clemson Food Science Club has agreed to compete with us for THE GOLDEN CAN! PSC Meeting tomorrow at 5pm in Schaub! Snacks!

Outreach: Upcoming Events Friday Sept. 20 North Forest Pines Elementary Science Day 11:00-2:00pm 3-4 people • Must leave Schaub by 10:20am • Do 3 presentations + hands on activities with elementary classes Wednesday Sept. 25 St. Mary’s School 10% Fair 11:30-1pm 2 people • Hand out ice cream with Carl Hollifield • Help promote Food Science opportunities to students via poster and handouts
