  7. Effective • > 3 days supply of all blood groups • 96.1% group specific transfusion rates • Blood donor deferral rate down to 13.8% (1,746 RBC) • Blood collection losses down to 3.2% (657 RBC) • Cost per unit of RBC - £115 • Donor satisfaction increased by 1.1%
