  3. Getting your UA ID • To start go to http://uaonline.alaska.edu/ • Click • Enter your 8 digit UA ID number into the box. If you do not know it you may click the link. • If you chose to look up your ID, the next page will ask for your Last Name, Social Security Number, and Date of Birth. • Don’t worry, this is a secure link and will not jeopardize your security. • This will let you know your UA ID, be sure to save this number in a safe place as you will need it often.

  4. Obtaining your PIN • Initially your pin will be the last 6 digits of your Social Security Number. • If it is not enter your UA ID number and click the button. • This will prompt you to answer a security question that you had to setup the first time you logged in. • After answer the question you pin will be provided.

  5. Signing up for Classes • To sign up for classes click button and then the link. • The fourth selection on the list is • Click it, then select the upcoming semester from the drop down menu before clicking • This will take you to the UA enrollment application. • Skip down to the bottom of the page and click the button.

Signing up for Classes • On the first drop down menu select UAA – Main campus as shown. • In the second menu select Engineering Science Mgmt (ESM) or Project Management (PM) in accordance with the classes you intend to take. • Scroll down to the bottom and click • Note: The CRN numbers are often unreliable but running a class search by department will always return all results.

  7. Signing up for Classes • The next page will list the classes as well as their times and availability. • Check the boxes next to the classes you wish to take. • Click the button at the bottom. • The next page should list the classes you registered for but you are NOT done yet!!!

  8. Singing up for Classes • It is very important you click the |Complete your Registration ] Button at the bottom of the page as shown. • This will both show you your tuition & fees but will also save your class selection in the system.

  9. Paying for Your Classes • Return to the page. • Scroll down and click on • The first selection on the next page will bring up your account balance and give you some payment options.

  10. Paying for Your Classes • If you do not have financial aid, or if your aid will not be enough to cover the full cost of classes, you will need to make a payment. • There are two options available. • You can make a payment from your Checking account. • Or you may use your Credit Card to make a payment by clicking the highlighted red text on that page.

  11. Paying for Your Classes • Select the term from the drop down menu you’ll be paying for and hit the button. • Follow the step by step instructions on each page on how to complete your registration.
