Lesson Learnt • Top Down Policy approach to accelerate the OSS implementation. • Proper OSS help-desk support. • Intensive OSS Training (ToT) • Gradual OSS implementation (step-by-step). • Setting up the OSS communication channel within national/ Regional/ TELKOM scope to share the OSS implementation.
