Enhanced User Access: Voice Mail Authorization • May be used to provide an overflow for calls during busy periods • May also be used so that all visitor authorizations go directly to voice mail • Voice Mail Authorization enables residents and organizations to leave voice mails about upcoming visitor activity • Reduces problem of busy phones and minimizes officer disruptions • Voice mails messages are stored as digital files and linked to users profile • Officers can listen to the specific message as the visitor arrives to see a resident or organization, or they can clear the messages in advance if time permits • Users calling from a number identified in the system database only need to enter a PIN. Otherwise they enter their primary # and PIN

  16. Integrated Access Control: PassWatch Pass Watch allows security personnel to view live activity related to access control as users pass through the entry points. Optionally, security personnel can disable a pass (clicker, transponder, bar code, etc.) if the device does not match the user it was assigned to.

Integrated Access Control:Egress Tracking (optional) • Many facilities are concerned with tracking the egress of visitors • Contractors are often required to be out of the facility by a certain time each day • Most facilities feel it is physically impossible to supervise all entry and egress • CapSure simplifies this process by generating a PIN/Bar Code that is printed on the visitor’s pass each time they enter • This same PIN/Bar Code is input in a keypad or scanned by a bar code reader upon exit or the gate will not open • PINs are valid until the expiration date input by the guard • At the end of the day, security personnel can run a report to determine which contractors are remaining in the facility • This same information can be used to block access the next day until a fine has been paid or a warning has been given • This process causes absolutely NO additional work for security to admit visitor
