  1. For healthy life Project done by pupils of the 9th form School №5 Consulted by teacher Eryomina Olga Olegovna We’d like to present you our project “For healthy life”. This topic is very important to us because people nowadays are more health – conscious than they used to be. Is it easy to take care of one’s health?

  2. The aims of the project are: To find information about: • What does to be healthy mean? • Do we really know much about our organism and how to be healthy? • We should avoid different bad habits, shouldn’t we? • Is there anything more important than health?

  3. What does to be healthy mean? Steps to healthy life: • We should think about what we eat and how we doit? • A regular meals: eat in time • To avoid bad habits. • Very useful to go in for sports, do morning exercises. • To spend a lot of time in the open air • To go for a walk before going to bed or to air the room. • Sleeping eight or nine hours, getting up early. • Try to keep to a healthy diet, eat fruit, vegetables and dairy products every day • Vitamins are important for our eyes, bones and for other parts of our body; • Ecological problem, if we can be active participants in the protection and rebuilding of our environment we can help our planet to keep it healthy.

  4. Prevention or prophylactics: • The saying has it that “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure”. • Prophylactic measures of cold diseases.

  5. Is there anything more important than health? We rather doubt it! • If your body suffers from any disorder your mind suffers with the body too. • You can’t be good either at work or at studies. Aches and pains lead to irritation, nervous breakdown and stress. So, the advantages of the healthy way of life are obvious.

  6. Laughter is the best medicine. We always try to smile, doing relaxation exercises. So we want to advice you: to laugh, smile and cry more often. It is the foundation for good health and long life.
