  3. Consumers are more connected, diverse, and sophisticated than ever before – we have greater interest in, and control over, our information experience than ever before.

  4. We feel a need to stay connected and engaged – and that need is driving the adoption and usage of new media.

  5. Newspaper reading, television watching, and radio listening habits are changing as new technology becomes available.

  6. These new habits alter how people shop and engage brands, support charitable organizations and volunteer their time, the expectations they have of corporate accountability, and their interactions with individuals.

  7. Technology is redefining people’s expectations of what is possible… for information, experience, and stuff.
