2. Hyde Park As it was spectacular, it was also enjoyable. Hyde Park had monuments, fountains, train stations, trees and people. Eating lunch, walking through it twice, driving through it once and photographing it many times were the activities we did there. There were paths criss-crossing going backwards and forwards, here and there. The tall towers of Sydney towered over the park. The lush greenness of the grass and trees sparkled in the morning sun and dew. Hyde Park was something we wouldn’t want to miss out on.

3. NSW Art Gallery The Art Gallery was full of fascinating, historic and beautiful paintings, sculptures, models and staggering views. There were strange wooden items and colourful paintings, there were statues in the halls and stories told by pictures. There was so many different pieces it was almost impossible to take it all in. With notes being taken and people gasping, the educational experience was tremendous. With Mr. Behringerinforming us on the various artworks, we were all fascinated with what the art gallery had to show us.

4. NSW State Parliament Parliament was amazing. It was beautifully designed with shiny wooden floors and a strange fountain. Despite the many lights, the rooms and halls were remarkably dim. The stairs were historic and creaked when stood apon. Upon our arrival who else should meet us but Mr. Greg Piper, member for Lake Macquarie. At question time, there was arguing galore. The different members were accusing and yelling at each other, laughing at worthless jokes. And who should make a speech but Kristina Keneally, premier of new South Wales.

5. The Rocks The Rocks are in fact the most historical place in Australia. It is full of ancient houses, warehouses and sandstone cliff faces. The biggest highlight was a massive cutting between Sydney and Darling Harbours. It was originally started with hammers and chisels. It was completed with dynamite. There was warehouses converted into museums, without damaging the outer structure. There was remarkably large houses for what the convicts built. It would have costed a lot of money to buy one back then.

6. Imax Theartre Tickets to Imax! The Imax theatre was Spectacular. From when we walked through the door we knew this was going to be amazing. The movie was about the Hubble Space Telescope and how it was launched, needed repairs and the things it discovered. It was screened in 3D. The stars looked like they were coming out of the screen. Some people were eating snacks, some weren’t watching, and some were watching closely. It was truly amazing in every aspect.

7. Sydney harbour bridge Walking across the Sydney Harbour Bridge was more than a walk, it was an adventure. Encountering bright sunshine, gale winds, hail and torrential rain. From the stairs to the pylon it was bright sunshine. From the pylon to the halfway point it was windy. From the halfway point to the pylon it was hailing. From the pylon to the stairs it was raining. As we travelled over the deck, climbers went over the arch. The stunning views attracted people with cameras to photograph, the Opera House, the city, the cove, the ferries, the harbour and the bridge. That vast maze of steel was truly an icon of our trip.

8. Chinatown The food was delicious. We all agree you couldn't have that experience anywhere else. Along the rows of restaurants, there were such delicacies as geese, rice, noodles, chicken and stews. Such members of our group enjoyed a meal of rice, honey chicken and fish and chips. There was over ten Chinese shops all in row. Chinese people walking to and fro the shops. Bon Appetite.

9. Taronga Zoo Taronga Zoo was full of strange and fascinating creatures and Animals. We were given a tour of one of Australia's most famous zoos. We had dinner, had a lesson on animal smuggling, various reptiles, what they do in their social live and how they get revenge on each other. In the dead of Night we embarked on something You couldn’t get usually, a midnight Safari at Taronga Zoo.
