  2. Cosmopore and Cosmopore E are self-adhesive island wound dressings with a non-adherent absorbent pad. It has a strong fluid repellent adhesive that ensures the dressing remains firmly in place. Both the dressings are suitable for post-operative wounds and minor injuries.
