The project targets job-seekers with outdated qualifications, early school dropouts, and unskilled students, enhancing their skills, knowledge, and employability through training, internships, and online consultations.

VET to JOB Best practices and methods applied for the prevention of low skilled people from becoming unemployed. • OBJECTIVES • Prevent job-seekers having low level of education from becoming long-term unemployed with the help of VET; • Prevent attendants of elementary level formal education and vocational education from early school leaving and becoming unemployed; • Provide career guidance to reduce the number of drop-outs.

https://posttigo.com/ Posttigo is an online service for lawyers worldwide to provide a free online consultation regarding legal matters. The participants selected for this internship are job-seekers with previously acquired vocational training in the field of law, which have outdated qualifications, students endangered with early school leaving and unskilled students. • Duration: 12 weeks • 5 participants at a time • 16 hrs/a week

Online Portal for Teaching We now provide an online portal for teachers to improve and develop their teaching skills. This portal can be used to improve the student’s language skills and provide career guidance using a fun virtual classroom. This has proven to be a success with our local teachers and institutes, giving them an extra tool to prevent early school drop-outs.
Introducing Vet to Job Radio Station Cadena Cope Málaga Posttigo and participants attended a local radio station conference called Cadena Cope, which was dedicated to avoiding unemployment in the Málaga region located in the University of Malaga. Alberto as law teacher in the university had the opportunity to take part and gave a brief introduction of prompting employment through VET and introducing career workshops to students.
