How is it to be audited? • An authority audit can be a stressful experience for some individuals, especially the planning phase. • Most of the employees have positive experiences from the authority audits itself. • It is positive to be audited, improvement.
Results - Licensee • Recognising that an authority audit is a verification of how the operator comply with authority and internal requirements, an audit should also be planned, performed and evaluated so that the audits and its results can be used • to improve the operators quality control system, • to improve specific parts of this system, • to improve operators goal attainment and • in communication regarding the public acceptance of IFE’s research activities and confidence to IFE as a professional and competent licensee.
