  9. 7 Replaceable DVI connectors • DVI connectors are not soldered on the main board but they are part of a flex cable assembly • The cable assembly can be easily installed or removed from the main board • If a DVI connector wears out, the flex cable assembly can be replaced in the field minimizing the downtime for the unit • All three DVI connectors are the same, so they can be used as spares if needed
