THEMIS-SCM SCM SCHEDULE The CETP maintains a dedicated Schedule for SCM (MS-Project) the most important activities and dates are reported in the Themis Schedule Very simple for the moment, it shall be completed and improved The main sub-contractor, 3D+, also maintains an internal Schedule the delivery date of the cubes to CETP is an entry for the SCM Schedule The other sub-contractors are less critical and no formal schedule is requested for teir activities – just the delivery dates Bertrand delaPorte THM-SCM-PDR – 2003.10.10
THEMIS-SCM SCM SCHEDULE The milestones for SCM are the delivery dates to UCB According to the current schedule: EM delivery to UCB : 16-Apr-04 - no difficulty expected FM-1 30-Jul-04 - very difficult for the PA FM-2+3 24-Sep-04 - very tight for the PA FM-4+5 19-Nov-04 - no difficulty expected FM-6 14-Jan-05 No difficulty is expected for any SC Because there is a screening at the end, all FM cubes (for all Models), will be delivered at the same date – according to the contract: 01-Aug-2004 Bertrand delaPorte THM-SCM-PDR – 2003.10.10
