Phone View Description • What it is: • An extension of the Unity Connection Message Locator • It uses the Phone display to show found messages • What it is not: • A Phone “Service” • It is not activated from the messages buttons or as a phone application… you need to be on an active call into Unity Connection to utilize the feature

  4. Phone View Unsupported Phones • The following phones are explicitly unsupported: • CP-7902G • CP-7910 • CP-7912G • CP-7920-FC-K9 • CP-7940/CP-7940G • CP-7960/CP-7960G • CP-7985 • Cisco Communicator

  5. Phone View TUI Visual Message Locator • If enabled, press 5 from the Main Menu • Keys for TUI Visual Message Locator Options • 1. Find Messages from another User • 2. Find Messages from all Outside Callers • 3. Find Messages from a specific Outside Caller • 4. Find All New Messages • 5. Find All Messages
