Burgers (Griddle Method). Heat griddle to 375 max. 350 or lower for less char You do not need oil or butter. Natural grease from the meat will prevent sticking. Add patty to griddle and leave it be. 1 side needs to caramelize and crust before turning. Will take several minutes.

  1. Burgers (Griddle Method) • Heat griddle to 375 max. 350 or lower for less char • You do not need oil or butter. Natural grease from the meat will prevent sticking. • Add patty to griddle and leave it be. • 1 side needs to caramelize and crust before turning. • Will take several minutes. • Only need to turn/flip the burger once. • Add cheese the last 1-2 minutes of cooking if desired. Test/Touch the top of the burger for doneness. Your burger is still raw inside if it has a balloon type feel on the top. Allow your patty to rest for 1 minute after removing it from the heat once you achieve your desired doneness.
