Blending ~Opened Photoshop and opened up the picture of the couple by the pool. ~Also opened the picture of the shark in another tab. ~Chose the magnetic lasso tool and “traced” around the shark. ~Resized the shark image to around half of its original size And Copied it (Ctrl+C). ~Clicked on the couple by the pool tab and pasted (Ctrl+V) the image of the shark onto the couple by the pool image. ~Moved the shark to the desired “position”, flattened the Image, and saved my work.
Feathering ~Opened Photoshop and opened the image of the flying dog from file. ~Chose the crop tool from the drop down menu and cropped some of The background of the image. ~ Selected the rectangular marquee tool , selected the whole cropped image and then changed the “feather” option on the top bar to 50px. ~Added text and changed the colour of the text. ~Explored the different filters and used the “Liquify” filter alter small parts of the image. ~Then made the Liquify selection and saved the work.
Colour Altering ~Opened up Photoshop and brought up the Picture of a Lamborghini (Saved from the Mount Clear wiki.) ~Chose the Pen tool from the drop down menu and “traced” around Car. ~Made the selection and “Disaturated” the image (without Deselecting.) ~Copied the layer (Layer Via Copy) and “replaced” the Colour. ~Chose the colours that were required and created a “Vector Mask.” ~Selected the Pen tool again and “traced” around the lights, Windows, Registration Plate, etc. and made the selection.~The image was then flattened and saved.
Vertical Panels Effect ~Opened Photoshop and uploaded the picture of the lady from server File. ~Created fill or adjustment layer. ~Changed the Colour on the layer to White (#ffffff) ~Clicked back to the Background image (lady) and created a new layer (Layer Via Copy.) ~Selected the rectangular marquee tool from the drop down menu And selected a custom-size rectangle (Rotated slightly also.) ~Created a clipping mask for the background copy layer. ~Then made a ‘drop shadow’ (Colour: White, Opacity:60% Angle:120 Distance:10px, Size: 10px, Position Field: Inside.) ~Placed background copy and shape layer into a folder. ~Copied the folder and opened it. Then clicked on the ‘Shape 1’ Layer Inside. ~Moved the layer/shape to the left so that the next part of the image appeared. ~Rotated and Adjusted the shape and “entered” the selection. ~Then copied the folder (With the adjusted shape) and repeated the steps until the whole image was finished. ~Flattened the image and saved the work.
