RECORD KEEPING HOW: Quickbooks, excel, preferably electronically. WHAT: All financial records of the chapter. WHEN: Any time a transaction occurs.
DUES COLLECTION - BYLAWS Include all details Promissory Note/Installment Note NO CASH! Monthly statements.
IRS FORMS Fill out each year. Failure will result in fine. Handout in folder.
COLLECTION AGENCY To utilize, these steps must be followed: Signed promissory note Documentation
