Who Are the Current FBC members? • Voluntary association of 51 Florida governments - 19 Counties - 29 Cities - 3 authorities
FY12 Report What Went Well . . . • Measure definitions continue to be improved leading to better consistency and data • Continue to identify opportunities to improve the process • Better cleansed data • Increased participation in service areas What were the changes . . . • New annual report format
FBC Peer to Peer Comparison Report • Complete the excel template for submitting a request for a Peer Comparison Report • Specify the 3 years you want the report run against • Select your peers for comparison – be sure they have participated in the selected service areas or specified PIs • The report you receive back will be in an excel format so you can graph the data, create a chart, etc. • Generally you can expect a turnaround time of 10 -14 business days.

What’s It Take to Develop a New Service Area Policy currently under development 60% of the FBC membership must support the proposed new service area If supported, a committee will be formed to develop the initial PIs New PIs will be limited to 25 good, balanced measures Performance Committee will review and make a recommendation to the FBC Board. Process will take several years.
