Introduction TSG has stated (paraphrasing to a degree): I want my Consultants to be my strategic subject matter experts in their disciplines. I want them to be driving Army Medicine to reduce variability in practice, increase standardization across disciplines and towards an operating company model. I want them to be key strategic leaders in the transformation to a system for health.
